Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Convergence Wisdom collects, why, and what control you have over it.

What you give us

• A name or case label, your email address, date and time of birth, birth city, and sex.
• The area of life your decision is about and the description of your situation that you write.
• The facing direction of your home or workspace.
• The moment you submit the form and your device’s time zone.
• The language you choose for your brief and report.
• If you buy a report: your payment details, entered directly with Stripe.

How we use it

To calculate your brief and report, to email them to you, to reply if you contact us, and to keep the Service secure. Your situation description shapes the reading and is quoted back to you in your brief and report. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Where it is kept

• Free brief: your details are processed in memory to produce the brief and are not saved in a database. The brief is emailed to the address you give, and a copy of that email (including your situation and birth details) is sent to the Convergence Wisdom inbox so we can provide support and follow up on your enquiry.
• Paid report: your assessment details are stored with your Stripe payment record so the report can be regenerated when you download it again. Stripe also holds your payment and email details.
• Email: briefs and reports are sent through our email provider, Resend.
• Operations: our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and abuse prevention. The site sets one language cookie to remember the language you chose. If we use analytics, we use a privacy-friendly service that does not set cookies or track you across sites.

These providers may process data outside your country. Each is bound by its own privacy and security commitments.

How long we keep it

Payment records, including the details needed to regenerate your report, are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Copies of brief emails in our inbox are deleted on request. Technical logs are kept only briefly.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to convergencewisdom@gmail.com. We will act on your request except where we must keep records by law. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
