Refund Policy

The full Convergence PDF Report is a digital product generated and delivered the moment your payment completes. The free Convergence Brief lets you see the method on your own case before you buy.

When we refund in full

• You paid but could not download the report and did not receive it by email.
• The report failed to generate, or was unreadable or incomplete because of a fault on our side.
• You were charged more than once for the same report.

Write to convergencewisdom@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase with the email address you used at checkout. We usually reply within two business days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.

Other cases

Because the report is delivered in full immediately, we do not normally refund because you disagree with its content. If something has gone wrong, contact us anyway; we review every request individually.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
