Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Convergence Wisdom website, the free Convergence Brief, and the paid Convergence PDF Report (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. What the Service is

The Service is a structured strategic-reflection tool. It applies classical Chinese timing and environmental systems (including Four Pillars, Xuan Kong Flying Stars, Qi Men Dun Jia and the I Ching) and a Lenormand card method to the details you enter, and presents the results in plain language. The calculations are deterministic: the same inputs at the same moment produce the same result.

It is not professional advice and does not predict outcomes. Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, legal, tax, medical, psychological or employment advice, and it has not been scientifically validated. You are solely responsible for your decisions; consult qualified professionals before acting on any matter of consequence.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. If you enter details about another person, you must have their permission.

3. Health questions

If you use the Service for a health or well-being question, the reading is for timing and reflection only. It is not a diagnosis or treatment recommendation. Always follow the advice of your doctor or other qualified health professional, and never delay or decline medical care because of anything in a brief or report.

4. Your information

You confirm the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Purchases

Prices are shown before checkout and are charged in the currency displayed. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. The report is a digital product delivered immediately after payment by download and by email. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no automated or bulk requests, attempts to bypass payment or rate limits, interference with its operation, or resale of reports without our written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The website, report design, text and software belong to Convergence Wisdom. Reports you buy are licensed to you for personal and internal business use.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any decision made or action taken in reliance on the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the report concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes

We may update the Service and these terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
